Foodstuff & Technology Investment Corporation (FOCOCEV) is a state-owned enterprise which directly belongs to The Ministry of Industry & Trade of S.R Vietnam, holding the command of directly under enterprise, subsidiary, running under enterprise law and company’s regulation.Our precurso was Foodstuff Corporation of Central which was found by 73NT/QĐ1, Sep. 17th,1975, of the Ministry of Domestic (now is the Ministry of Industry & Trade).On March, 13th,2002, Ministry of Trade had 0260/2002/QĐ-BTM for changing name to Foodstuff and Technology Invesment Corporation.
