Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company Limited (AASC) transformed from Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company (AASC) - the Ministry of Financewas established on May 13, 1991 under Decision 164 TC/TCCB issued by the Minister of Finance. AASC is one of the first and largest legal organizations in Vietnam operating in the fields of accounting, auditing and financial consultancy, and tax and determining the value of enterprises. AASC now is based in Hanoi, with a branch in Ho Chi Minh City and a representative office in Quang Ninh.
