AFCC (before it was Asia Auditing and Financial Consulting Corp.) was established in 13 August 2002 by excellent CPAs and CFOs, who used to have the role in the management au audit firm and economic group leading Vietnam. Starting from 2002, AFCC has focused on providing services in auditing, accounting, tax consulting and financial advisory. After a time activity form of joint stock Company, the company afficially converted into a multi- member limited liability company on 28 sep 2007.
