Kara VN was initially part of Dai Thinh Company, which was established in 1997. Dai Thinh fo- cused on manufacturing formica plywood, papermaking and chemicals for the papermaking industry.The company’s vision is to become a group of different companies in 2012, therefore the decoration and furniture manufacturing section was separated and become KaraVN Joint stock since November 2007, in which the mother company, Daithinh, hold 51% shares.
