- It was established in 1958 by the American construction corporation RMK initially named Chau Thoi construction site for pre-stressed concrete beams castingAfter 1975, it has been taken over by the Government and merged into the Southern road Administration by official Letter No. 761/QÐ-TC on 06/08/1976 of the Transportation Ministry and named Chau Thoi Concrete Workshop. - On 15/03/1977, the Transportation Ministry issued the Decision No. 755/QÐ-TC to change the workshop’s name into the Concrete Factory directly under the Southern Road Administration – Road Department. - On May 17, 1993 the Ministry of Transportation issued Decision No. 942/QÐ/TCCB-LD to establish 620 Concrete Company (a state enterprise) directly under the head office of the 6th Construction Company (CIENCO 6) operated under the Transportation Ministry’s instruction
