Vietnam National Chemical Group is a multi-possession enterprise in which state possession governs over other possessions. The Group is functioning as a parent company - subsidiaries and was formed according to Decision No 2180/TTg signed by Prime Minister concerning the rearrangement and restructuring Vietnam National Chemical Corporation. The parent company - Vietnam National Chemical Group is a 100% state capital enterprise and restructed from Group Office, departments and dependent companies including: Viet Nam Chemical Import & Export Corporation, Centre for Information of the Chemical Science and Technicques, Chemical Services and Trade Center.
