CONSTREXIM HOLDINGS, formerly the Export-Import Company building materials under the Ministry of Construction, was established in 1982. The company is the country's first Prime Minister to be allowed to apply an experimental model "parent company-subsidiary company" under the decision of 929/QD-TTG on 30/07/2001. According to the general policy of the Government on the equitization of state enterprises, in Decision No. 565/QD-BXD dated 13/04/2007, the company was transformed into the Ministry of Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company to build Trade and Vietnam.Promote the achievements of 25 years of construction and development, CONSTREXIM HOLDINGS developments have jumped all over the field.
