Nam Dinh University of Technology in Education was established under decision No. 01 dated 05 05/2006/QD-TTg in 2006 of the Prime Minister on the basis of upgrading Nam Dinh College of Technology in Education. School is directly under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, under the management of state education - training of the Ministry of Education and Training under the management of the administrative territory of Nam Dinh province .
