Anh Tuyet Restaurant - Hanoi, Vietnam

3 years ago my wife and I visited Madame Anh Tuyet's Restaurant and I have fond memories of our evening there. It was the first night after the Tet Holidays, and having found the Venue, up the stairs we went to be Greeted as if we were Long Lost Family members. Madame Tuyet and her family are amazing people, we even met the new Grandson Tom. We made under her supervision Siagon spring rolls. Madame Tuyet then took control no Menu, Then followed River Prawn, Snakehead Fish, a special Chicken dish the name eludes me however it was sensational, Steamed Vegies, and other dishes. All were authentic Vietnamese Dishes and Wonderful as was their Company. I know the first Customer after Tet is considered a sign of Prosperity for the comming year and is given special Treatment. This is not the case here as I have recommended them to Friends and they are all of the same opinion. Fantastic People Great Food and an experience. Minor problem Wine List, Take you own.
