COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client is a leading Japanese manufacturer of fertilizer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Management (60%):
• Develop and implement social media strategies for the company on platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, Website, etc.
• Write creative and engaging content to attract followers and drive interaction.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media channels.
• Manage online channels, answer customer questions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective posting schedules.
• Monitoring & Coordination (30%):
• Coordinate with marketing partners and agencies to support and coordinate campaigns.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating promotional gifts for campaigns.
• Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. basis.
• Event Support (10%):
• Support the organization and implementation of the company's offline marketing events (not regularly).
• May travel on business to the province when requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience working in marketing. Experience in the distribution and consumer goods industry is an advantage.
• Ability to write creative and engaging content.
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• High sense of responsibility, eager to learn and adapt quickly to new working environments.
