JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out, organize, and manage maintenance work.
• Plan, manage, and supervise preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing of machinery and equipment.
• Train and develop a professional maintenance team.
• Implement maintenance programs and develop maintenance plans and improvement programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve processes and quality.
• Plan and monitor monthly and annual maintenance budgets.
• Inspect and control regulations and safety and fire prevention rules throughout the factory.
• Effectively manage maintenance room equipment.
• Manage 5S.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Plant Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University Major: Electricity - Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, Mechantronics
• Experience: 5 -7 years of working experience in the same position in foreign company
• Have expertise in factory support systems: electricity, refrigeration, compressors, ventilation systems, boilers
• English: Good in communication skill
• Good teamworking skills
• Time management ability
• Experience in PLC programming
• Can work independently and has a high level of responsibility and commitment.
