Our client - a Japanese trading firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Korean Sales Support Specialist with a background in international sales, specifically in machinery or spare parts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document Preparation:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery deadline documents.

• Sales Forecasting and Data Analysis:

  • Process sales forecast data and perform analysis.

• System Maintenance Support:

  • Support the maintenance of effective management systems.

• Daily Operations Coordination:

  • Collaborate with agents for daily operations, inventory management, and arranging deliveries.

• Internal and External Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

• Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Bachelor's degree.

• Age: 24 to 40 years old.

• Field of Study: Knowledge of sales, machinery, and parts.

• Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in order management.

• Knowledge of SAP/CRM.

• Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency.

• Nationality: Korean (2 positions, urgent).

• Experience with management systems and document preparation.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
