Job offer: QA Assistance Manager

COMPANY   OVERVIEW

Our client - a Japanese manufacturing firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced QA Assistant Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement procedures for the quality management system in compliance with local regulations and quality policies.

• Analyze quality trends related to materials, packaging, and products.

• Evaluate quality risks in relevant processes and recommend improvement plans.

• Oversee the quality of materials and packaging to ensure they meet specifications and technical requirements; resolve related issues and audit suppliers.

• Monitor nonconforming products and address quality issues through investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); prepare deviation reports.

• Supervise laboratory equipment and ensure lab safety.

• Conduct pest control activities.

• Prepare customer complaint reports and annual reports for authorities.

• Ensure compliance with audit requirements from regulatory authorities, including GMP and Halal certifications.

• Train, coach, and manage staff activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University or higher degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• Time management and planning skills.

• Proficiency in English, including the ability to read and comprehend English technical documents.

• Significant and professional experience in microbiology and chemical analysis, cosmetic inspection.

• Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to cosmetic production and cGMP.

• Over 5 years of experience working in QA/QC and at least 2 years of experience in group management.
