Job offer: Partnership Distribution, Senior Officer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC's client - global asset manager with Asia at its core who is looking for a Partnership Distribution, Senior Officer in HCM City, Vietnam. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize investment seminars, train partners' salespeople, assist them in their sales activities, and hold sales competitions to increase sales in order to effectively support the designated channels.
• Manage all sales operations across designated channels, offering comprehensive assistance through regular market insights, hosting investment seminars, training partners' sales teams, facilitating sales initiatives, and coordinating sales competitions to drive revenue.
• Keep track of pertinent information related to designated business channels and provide updates to the Head of Business Development.
• Ensure investors are informed about their investment status and relevant updates.
•Increasing the sales capacity of assigned channels and maintaining the relationship of assigned distributors.
•Formulate sales strategies tailored to designated channels and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, liaising with Customer Service as necessary.
•Oversee marketing endeavors to ensure alignment with designated channels.
•Conduct market research to gauge interest in new product concepts within assigned channels.
JOB REQUIREMENT
•Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• Securities Broker Certificate
•Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in business development or sales roles, similar capacity or investment.
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced in CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
•Experience with international markets and multicultural business environments is highly desirable.
•Exceptional communication prowess, adept at negotiating and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
