Job offer: Property Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate is looking for Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address and respond promptly to all service requests/needs from Tenants/Residents and the Management Team.
• Plan and recruit necessary staff for the Management Team.
• Develop training plans for the project’s direct team.
• Ensure properties are maintained and cleaned to building standards.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inspections to ensure compliance with fire and safety laws.
• Prepare and submit the yearly Profit and Loss budget.
• Represent the owner in all matters, dealing with authorities and other parties regarding general management.
• Manage supplier relations, ensuring professional and timely service/product delivery.
• Supervise the maintenance of all common services.
• Renew all contracts for the project as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD/Developers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property/Building Management or a similar role
• Valid Certificate of Apartment Management & Operation
• Expertise in Property/Building Management Regulations and Vietnamese Law
• Strong Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proficient in English
