Job offer: Fund Accountant

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Hongkong Fund is looking for a Fund Accountant to join and support their investment activities worldwide. Location: HCMC
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bookkeeping for management company, advisory entities and the holding company. 
• Receive, review, refute or confirm expenses for: research, company expenses, employee, fund expenses 
• Create payments for all confirmed expenses. 
• Assist COO to answer company’s auditor questions. 
• Assist compliance to answer annual regulatory reviews. 
• Learn the financial rules from Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and apply them to company clients as appropriate. 
• For those with financial services experience: Complete monthly Net Asset Value reconciliation for fund(s); Assist in recalculating Fund fees; Engage with Fund Administrator to resolve questions; Participate in annual review of Fund Administrator with compliance team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English => candidates should submit a short video speaking English (2 - 3 minutes)
• Bachelor of accounting (or the equivalent) 
• Having knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
