JAC's client, a Japanese firm in the industrial machinery manufacturing, is seeking a Merchandiser with overseas logistics background in HCMC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery deadline documents.
• Collaborate with agents to manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management and delivery arrangements.
• Process sales forecast data to provide accurate and timely analysis.
• Monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving to maintain operational excellence
• Provide logistical support for the movement of goods across international borders
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to supervisors and other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Fluent high-level business English
• 5 years’ experience in overseas logistics
• Experience working in a Korean company 
• Need good computer skills in MS office365, SAP, and Salesforce
• A self-motivated person, able to work under pressure
• Do Ho Ren So continuously.
• Having Korean speaking and writing skills is an advantage
