COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client - a Japanese firm in the industrial machinery field, is seeking a skilled and experienced Korean Sales Support Specialist  Working location: Ho Chi Minh City 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document Preparation:
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery deadline documents.
• Sales Forecasting and Data Analysis:
  • Process sales forecast data and perform analysis.
• System Maintenance Support:
  • Support the maintenance of effective management systems.
• Daily Operations Coordination:
  • Collaborate with agents for daily operations, inventory management, and arranging deliveries.
• Internal and External Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Korean native, English business level 
• At least 2 years of experience in any Korean company, preferably in order management
• A self-motivated person, able to work under pressure 
• Overseas working experience, SAP and Salesforce skills
• Must do Ho Ren So continuously
• Knowledge of sales, machinery, and parts is an advantage
