JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

Key responsibilities

• Communicates this direction effectively to the local team. 

• Manage the country’s profit and loss (P&L) to achieve financial goals 

• Drives excellence across sales, marketing, operations, and business development. 

• Establishes efficient processes. 

• Promotes tech, product, and service innovations. 

• Applies innovative approaches to marketing and sales. 

• Ensures robust risk controls and regulatory compliance. 

• Documents and audits internal processes. 

• Represents the company both internally and externally 

• Manages relationships with stakeholders 

• Builds a high-performance leadership team
