JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage project design: Operate and manage the design process as well as ensure compliance with legal design regulations related to the project;
- Control and coordinate design from project architectural plans, Concept Design (CC) and design stages of subjects such as Interior, landscape, lighting, kitchen, ... to design products. on schedule, ensuring standards and quality as required;
- Control and coordinate design from basic design (SD), Technical design (DD) to construction drawing design (CD) stages; to design products on schedule and with quality; Handle technical issues to complete construction drawing design documents;
- Research and update ideas, trends, methods, tools, templates and good practices in the industry and propose appropriate applications for implementation projects;
- Control and coordinate the design of legal documents including: Basic design (CC, SD), Technical design (DD, CD), fire protection approval, licensing application documents Construction... to ensure approval progress and quality of documents according to State regulations;
- Establish a schedule for handing over design products in accordance with consulting units. Manage and monitor consultants' work progress according to set design programs;
- Maintain records of design consultants and promptly control received documents/comments. Ensure documents are uploaded to the company's filing system;
- Chair internal design review meetings with relevant members, to review all drawings and documents submitted by design consultants, and compile a list of comments to send to the Board Director on time;
- Chair kick-off meetings, technical coordination meetings and weekly progress meetings with consultants.
- Monitor preparation, handover and submission of final products to achieve approval from BOD according to Procedures;
- Acceptance of completed and arising work of the Consultant and at the same time monitor and support the payment process of the dossier, in order to remove problems in the next stages after signing the Acceptance dossier;
- Advise and advise the Board of General Directors: Provide information, advice and design solutions to optimize projects, increase product value and ensure investment cost savings;
- Report and presentation on design;
- Site inspection to control and supervise construction execution on the construction site to comply with approved construction drawings;
- Lead the release of documents and process design information on the construction site: Release and manage design information to relevant parties, while ensuring accuracy and monitoring overall coordination between departments design subjects before release;
- Act as a representative of the Resort Development & Management Division to work with other internal departments in resolving design issues;
- Evaluate and confirm change requests given by design consultants;
- Coordinate with specialized departments/departments to develop design proposals, scope of work and deliverables for each project;
- Support the Bidding Committee in preparing proposals for proposals (RFP);
- Participate in evaluating technical proposals from consultants and assessing the company's capabilities;
- Support the Project Division in developing the Project Design Management Plan (PDMP) for each project;
- Act as a liaison between departments such as Project Management Board, Project Director, Bidding Department to ensure design work is carried out in accordance with the overall vision and expectations of the project ;
- When necessary, support the Project department in resolving design-related issues at the site and propose solutions;
- Review and approve ID finishing material samples;
- Coordinate with the Payment and Settlement (QS) department to support the review and assessment of project volume and costs at each design stage;
- Monitor & inspect the implementation of all operating standards and design procedures throughout the design stages;
- Other tasks are directed and performed by the Board of Directors and the Director of the Department.
- University or higher, major in architecture/construction with formal training;
- Has worked in the role of Project Management for an international professional project management corporation and in the role of Project Management for the Investor.
- Good communication, interaction and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Over 10 years of experience in the design field + minimum 5 years of design management / project management experience;
- Master the design coordination process between departments, operating units, and contractors;
- Understand the RFI / RFA / RFC process, have experience working with international project management units / international operators;
