JAC's client - A top Local Bank is looking for Credit Policy and Portfolio Manager - Retail Risk. Who create and maintain a solid structured retail risk management approach that encompasses all credit initiation and portfolio management procedures, from top policy to operating manuals, and supports the achievement of both risk and commercial objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Create, implement, and monitor credit policies and manuals for underwriting processes of both secured and unsecured products.
• Ensure the underwriting manual complies with the Bank's internal and regulatory standards.
• Help develop new retail products, launch promotions, and revise existing products. Discuss product initiatives in a productive manner to find a balance between risk management and business growth.
• Collaborating closely with the analytical team to monitor portfolio quality, analyze credit and operational performance, identify problems and opportunities for improvement, and propose and implement corrective actions.
• Work with the risk strategy management team to ensure straight-through processes, mitigate operational risk, and reduce costs. Implement and manage modifications to IT systems properly.
• Create risk presentations and materials for high-level committees and working groups.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Academic credentials: Major/Bachelor/Master of Finance/Banking/Business Management/Commerce.
• Relevant Knowledge/Expertise: At least 5 years of expertise in finance/banking products, data analysis, and credit policy setting
• Required Competencies: Ability to solve problems and negotiate, communication skills, proactive and creative work style.
• Expert in English: reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
