JAC's client - A top Foreign Non-Life Insurance Company is looking for Customer Executive (Fluent in Chinese)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• To check the renewal list and make sure clients are reminded on time
• To provide fresh quotes for prospective clients as well as renewal quotes.
• Requesting that the Business Processing Team issue Chinese policies, endorse them, and deliver them to clients
• Seeking new customers, interacting with existing ones, promoting insurance, and tending to existing ones
• To hold non-life insurance seminars explaining the coverage of insurance policies and the claim process to both present and prospective clients.
• In accordance with the Marketing Division's established processes and procedures, organize and handle paper, email, and other material.
• As an intermediary for the Line Management(s), coordinate the actions of all Departments and Divisions.
• Planning risk management workshops for current clientele
• Do a risk assessment at the client's location in order to provide a quote.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• College / University Graduation.
• English fluency
• Chinese fluency (if any) is a plus.
• At least 2-year working experience in sales/marketing, prefer to have experience in non-life insurance field.
