Our Client is a leading Japanese manufacturer of fertilizer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Strategy Development: Propose and implement detailed and comprehensive sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share in the field of NPK fertilizer.
  • Leadership and Management of Sales Department: Manage and guide sales managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to develop appropriate and effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key partners to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation and Business Agreement: Participate in negotiations with customers and partners to secure profitable and sustainable sales contracts.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales data to evaluate performance and propose improvement measures.
  • Employee Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to enhance their capabilities and work performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Good at English skills and Computer: MS Office/Internet
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to business travel as needed.
  • Salary be negotiated (depend on experience & competence).
