COMPANY OVERVIEW  

JAC's client is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Staff/ Senior Staff to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Research Manager in assembling information, maintaining databases, and producing market research reports.
• Collect data on real estate projects, market trends, legal updates, and infrastructure developments through various sources.
• Conduct site visits for market updates and participate in meetings with JV partners.
• Arrange filing, report on sales figures, and update project pricing and sales documentation.
• Process payments for sales agents and support the sales team with paperwork.
• Frequently update social media and other teams internally for marketing materials.
• Attend sales events on weekends (if any).
• And perform additional tasks as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in same position or real estate.
• Responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.
• Good communication and analyst skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
