Job offer: Tech Support Specialist - English - Based in Central Vietnam

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and other written communication channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (training shall be provided)
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation and FAQs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Welcome fresh or experienced candidates, with some exposure to client-facing role, especially in tech environments.
• Strong command of English, especially in written form.
• Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in a beautiful coastal city in Central Vietnam.
