JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Do planning and make report for developing business project of amusement park yearly;
• Searching and negotiate for leased premises for new project in Shopping Mall;
• Plan to coordinate with other departments to deploy and build a new play area;
• The other related works of business development according to instruction of superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Female, Age: 28 - 40 years old
• Japanese: Good communication
• Graduated in university
• Have experience of business development, search for premises in Shopping Mall for 2 year more
• Can go business trip in provinces
• Have good communication, negotiation skills
• Have knowledge for construction, Legal documents (Preferred)
