JAC’s Client is Commercial Joint Stock Bank looking for an Expert in Credit Processing

Location: Ho Chi Minh city

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Oversee, regulate, and carry out credit operation tasks: Make sure that all credit documents—limit activation, collateral, disbursement, guarantee, LC, and other responsibilities as given from time to time—are accurate and compliant. Engage in offering the bank's clients operational solutions that work.
• Verify that credit, collateral, and other documents are managed accurately and in accordance with the law.
• Verify that the department's operations adhere to service quality pledges as well as internal policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Increase automation and digitization efforts to improve service quality by proposing and implementing suitable and efficient operation solutions.
• Take part in employee and coworker training
• Identify risks and work with the appropriate units to develop strategies for risk reduction and measurement.
• Take part in projects as given
• Engage in initiatives to strengthen company culture
• Fulfill additional relevant responsibilities as requested by the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience

• 08 years or more of banking job experience, with at least eight of those years spent as a senior officer
• Possess knowledge of operating hazards generally and credit control risks specifically.
• Possess expertise in putting knowledge into practice to create checkpoints, procedures, and operations, as well as to control credit papers.

Education

• The following majors are preferred: banking and finance, foreign trade, business administration, economics, law, or any related discipline; a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, as is an equivalent professional certification.
• Knowledge of the essential business paperwork and the credit system's workings.
• Process and regulation expertise: a thorough understanding of the procedures and rules pertaining to credit control; knowledge of the best practices for handling emerging transactions.
• Comprehending Trade Finance transactions; Trade Finance-related derivatives and products, such as UPAS LC, Pre-shipment Financing, and Document Discount
• Possess a thorough understanding of credit procedures
• Foreign languages (English): proficiency in Chinese, as required by the bank
• Effective use of computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
