- Overall management of sales operations and reporting in Vietnam
- Prepare business plans (weekly/monthly sales and planning reports)
- Set market sales prices
- Plan internal transactions and budgets
- Responsible for MDG, SD (SAP), WMS, Zionex (SaaS), BI in Vietnam
- Provide support for the Vietnamese sale teams (Business planning, Finance, Product&Development, Marketing, PR, etc.)
- Guide, develop, and manage team members
- Fluency in English (Vietnamese is advantageous)
- At least 5 years experience in a same role within a related business environment – ideally household goods, is preferable.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and BI
- Having experience for business analysis, management accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with navigating large data sets
- Immediate availability is a preference
