We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, strong technical expertise, and excellent sales skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical equipment, devices, and solutions to healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for pharmaceutical products and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and medical professionals.
- Provide technical advice and consultation to clients on product features, applications, and benefits.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
- Act as the technical expert for pharmaceutical products and solutions, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and workshops for customers and partners.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sales & Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Customer Service:
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the customer service and technical support teams to resolve any issues related to products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or technical sales.
- Strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical products, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
