Job offer: General Manager - Electronics (Bac Ninh)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are looking for a General Manager who will tasked with managing the end-to-end operation of a factory in Bac Ninh province, Viet Nam. 

The factory is a part of a multi-national corporation specialized in manufacturing electronics products. It prides on providing comprehensive OEM manufacturing solution to a diverse set of industries, including automotive, consumer electronics to healthcare.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity.

• Lead and motivate the factory management team and employees to meet production targets and enhance overall performance.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications, working closely with quality control teams.

• Monitor production processes for adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Manage the factory budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Oversee inventory management to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Develop short and long-term goals aligned with company objectives.

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Report on factory performance, including production, quality, safety, and financial metrics, to senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
