- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for the medical aesthetic product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to support new product launches, packaging, and branding initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Track marketing expenses to ensure campaigns remain within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media (Facebook/Tiktok), and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English for content writing in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) will be an advantage.
- Basic design skills using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage too.
