Job offer: Legal Leader

A leading fertilizer company is seeking talent with experience of inhouse legal for the position of Legal Leader as following:

• Internal legal consultant;
• Communication with any legal firm the company's contract;
• Prepare any legal documents (Template of contract, documents for MC meeting…);
• Review of any legal documents requested by BOD
• Arrangement for license obtainment & amendment;
• Bureau for compliance issue;
• Update of any related regulation change;
• Translation of official documents;
• Cooperating with relevant Dept. for bad debt collection or legal issue solving (e.g. attending court, negotiating with the competent authorities);
• Others related to legal matters and when requested.

Job Requirement

• University or Master graduate; major in law.
• Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a must
• At least 5- 10years’ experiences in legal & litigation position.
• Must have experience in Commercial/Economic Law and has experience working for enterprisese and law offices/law firms
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
