As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our technical systems and equipment. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing plans for technical feature inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Creating maintenance schedules and ensuring the periodic maintenance of M&E systems.
- Managing and planning the replacement of components and equipment within set timelines.
- Operating M&E systems (Electrical systems, ELV, BMS, HVAC, water supply and drainage, vaccine storage, and fire protection) to ensure continuous functionality.
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment operate smoothly and resolving breakdowns promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
- Managing the technical department, tools, and equipment to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
- Overseeing the management of the low-voltage electrical system and liaising with the industrial zone on grid usage as needed.
- Drafting operation and maintenance manuals for systems and equipment.
- Handling all scheduled and ad-hoc inspections, ensuring compliance, and executing preventive action plans.
- Anticipating potential challenges to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Responding promptly to technical concerns from partners related to the warehouse systems.
- Advising the Board of Directors on quality management strategies and proposing improvements for technical systems to optimize operational costs.
- Preparing annual budgets and managing technical operations within approved budgets.
- Recruiting, training, and developing the technical team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical systems, preferably within the pharmacy, logistics or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, including BMS, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
