On 16 May 2009, Sacombank Group held its One-year Anniversary, marking a steady progress of its company members after confronting with the crisis. In the recovery trend of the regional and domestic economies, we concentrated our resources to rapidly expand operation network, enhance cross-selling and widen market share in the Indochina. In addition to solutions for increasing medium and long-term capital resources from international financial institutions, Sacombank Group proactively planned to equitize its members and make them listed on the stock exchange in order to improve their financial strength as well as management capabilities.
