The Company mechanical equipment and spare parts and agricultural tools was established in 1974 on the basis of company mergers and Equipment Co., repairs and spare parts under the General Department of technical equipment under the Agriculture and Industry food.May 06, 2002, the company shares into stock companies and officially called the Corporation of Agricultural Engineering and Irrigation II (Agromas II) by decision of 6793/QD/BNN-TCCB dated 28/18/2001 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
