AvenuePatrmesco was established on 27/17/2000 by the Board of shareholders with the starting charter capital 5.500.000.000 VND, based on Metal Loading & Unloading and Service Trading Enterprise (Enterprise 4) – Dependent Accounting Entity of Hai Phong Metal Co., Independent Business of Viet Nam Steel Corporation. The Company was founded base on selling all existing assets of state’s capital at Metal Loading & Unloading and Service Trading Enterprise, and issuing more stocks attracting more capitals to change into Joint Stock Co., according to the decision of No.72/200/QĐ-BCN ON 18/12/2000 of The Ministry of Industry. The company was awarded 020300033-Business Certificate by Investment Planning Department on 02/01/2001. During operation, The Company was also awarded Exchanged Business
