Binh Thuan Community College - Vietnam

Formerly the School of Pedagogy in Binh Thuan. 1992, Thuan Hai province is separated into two provinces of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan, High School Teacher of Binh Thuan was established under Decision No. 298/QD-UBBT dated 08/13/1992 of People's Committee of Binh Thuan province, directly Department of Education and Training in Binh Thuan. Till 12.13.2000, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 3519/QD-BGDDT-TCCB upgraded Community College, directly under the provincial People's Committee of Binh Thuan.
