One of the most reputable consulting firms from Japan, is now expanding its business in Vietnam for both Japanese and Vietnamese clients  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• - Act as a Delivery member of IT consulting services for Japanese companies in Vietnam and Vietnam companies.  

• - By gaining skills in business reform, IT implementation planning, and Digital Transformation you will have more options in the future to work as a senior consultant, or to work as a Business/IT Architect in IT department or a Data Scientist of a business company 

• - Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.). 

• - Analyze and interpret facts to identify weaknesses and systems, and create a counterproposal for the client to improve its management and operation. 

• - Deliver and Work as a project member and create key deliverables (e.g. Assessment documents, Business Process Flow, Business Requirement Definition, Fit & Gap analysis with a certain application function).  

• - Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT system, and create RFP of 
  core system replacement. 
  o PMO (Project Management Office) support for each IT project 
  o Digital Transformation (e.g. Smart Factory, Digital Marketing, Social 
  Listening) 
  o Data Management (MDM, DMP, CDP) 
  o IT planning, IT investment process planning and execution support 
  o Support strategy for planning migration to infrastructure, Data Center, and cloud 
  o Robotic Process Automation 

• - Experience in designing business processes and system requirements. 

• - Experience in project management of a consulting project or PMO experience. 

• - High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership). 

• - High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.  

• - Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).

PREFER:  

• - Experience in SCM/SCP related IT solution implementation (SAP SD/MM, other ERP, SAP APO, JDA, etc.).  

• - Experience in sales management IT solution implementation (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, ZOHO CRM, Sugar CRM, etc.). 

• - Experience in logistics IT solution implementation (Infor WMS, Manhattan, SAP WM, etc.).
