n Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of fine coaxial harnesses, ensuring products meet specifications.
n Conduct quality inspections of products during the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
n  Collect, analyze, and report data related to product quality management.
n Analyze the defect rate of coaxial harness products and implement corrective actions.
n Conduct quality management training and educate operators.
n Investigate and address the causes of quality issues when they arise.
n Handle customer responses to defect issues and communicate with the factory.
n Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
n Support the introduction of new quality management tools and technologies7.JOB REQUIREMENT
nCollege diploma or higher.
nAt least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance. Experience in
nHarness manufacturing is preferred.
nKnowledge of quality management methods and tools (e.g., the 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC).
nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
nProficiency in Japanese or English is a plus.
nKnowledge of ISO standards and experience with internal audits is desirable.
nExperience in customer handling is a plus.
