Job offer: Process Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC's client is Japanese electronic manufacturing in VSIP II, Binh Duong.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
• Analyze the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
• Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
• Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
• Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
• Discuss equipment and process-related technical issues with customers
• FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• English Communication (Must), Japanese is plus
• MS Office (Excel, PPT, word)
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Proficient Use in CAD (2D/3D)
• Experienced in the maintenance and development of mass production equipment
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems
• Experienced in production operation, automation, knowledge of improvement
