6.JOB DESCRIPTION

nCollaboration with Supervisors and Team Members: 

lWork in cooperation with supervisors and team members to contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the factory's technical foundation.

lNew Project and Product Launch: Participate in new projects and product launches under the direction of supervisors, managing production preparation and technology transfer.

lEquipment Installation and Setup: Responsible for the installation and setup of harness processing equipment.

nMaintenance and Repair: 

lConduct regular maintenance and repair of processing equipment to ensure smooth operation.

nTroubleshooting: Quickly diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting.

nPerformance Monitoring and Improvement Proposals: Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements.

nConducting Training: Provide training to operators on equipment usage and safety procedures.

7.JOB REQUIREMENT

nEducation:  College diploma or higher.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in equipment installation and maintenance (e.g., PCB assembly, electronics manufacturers).

nLanguage Skills: Proficiency in Japanese or English is preferred.

nProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and repair equipment issues.

nCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team.

nAttention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details in maintenance and repair activities.

nFlexibility: Ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
