JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 

• At least 10 years in industrial park development or related services. 

• Extensive network within the industrial park real estate industry. 

• Experience in investment or project management activities. 

• At least 7 years in a management role. 

• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills preferred. 

• Strong relationships with government agencies.
