JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Hung Yen office and warehouse, which currently employs three staff members.
• Oversee all aspects of Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, and other general office tasks.
• Lead and manage a team of three subordinates.
• Report directly to the General Director.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for performance reports to the Japan headquarters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: University graduate.
• Gender: Female.
• Age: 30s.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Must have experience in Accounting (including financial accounting, tax accounting, payroll, etc.).
