Our client is IT company, subsidiary of large corporate in Japan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pioneer to join newly setup IT office in Vietnam
• Collaborate with the CEO and Japan Headquarter to devise and execute the organization's vision and operational strategies.
• Oversee the daily operations of the business, making sure that everything is done effectively and efficiently
• Prepare regular +reports for upper management (VN&JP)
• Monitor company operations and employee productivity, build company culture, ensure the development of members, and meet organizational goals
• Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management and employee retention
• Ensure compliance with business regulations according to the law

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Proven experience in general management within the IT or tech industry.
• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher level)

• Experience in working at Japanese companies
• Experience in working at start-up companies
• Experience in IT project management
• Basic communication skills in English
   

BENEFITS

• Salary: Monthly Salary: 3000$～5000$ (Gross) Negotiable according to the candidate's ability, adjusted annually.
• Bonus: twice a year
• Working time: 8 am - 5 pm (Flexible working time, Monday to Friday)
