JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be in charge of starting, running, and growing a retail business.
• Take the lead in developing and implementing retail services and goods.
• Help the relevant teams create the policies needed to run the retail division (broker/remiser incentive policy, for example).
• To be accountable for establishing a brand and gaining market share in retail.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience in directly establishing and developing the securities retail business.
• A thorough awareness of the retail services business environment in Vietnam's securities market.
• Previous experience operating a broker and remiser network.
• Effective networking with other securities firms.
• 5 years of experience operating retail services in a large Vietnam securities company.
• Capability to perform under pressure.
