COMPANY OVERVIEW  

JAC's client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align projects with company strategy.
• Manage finances, monitor budgets, and analyze performance.
• Maintain strong developer relationships.
• Develop and improve SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing plans.
• Manage and mitigate risks to ensure project quality and adherence to standards.
• Stay updated on real estate legal requirements.
• Propose staff transfers, coordinate recruitment, and assess staff performance and training.
• Attend necessary meetings and report on project operations to superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Property Management or a similar role
• Expertise in Property/Building Management Regulations and Vietnamese Law
• Strong Management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proficient in English.
