JAC's client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing office building project business operations
• Overseeing project financial conditions
• Administering company operations, including the project company, leasing team, and operations team
• Acquiring and developing new projects. Evaluating investment aspects such as project development structure, cash flow, and contract terms
• Negotiating and preparing contracts with partners
• Managing legal procedures related to projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University graduation with a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of work experience in real estate business.
• Knowledge in accounting or finance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
