COMPANY OVERVIEW

A representative office of Japan, specializing in providing comprehensive support services for sales operations in Vietnam. They assist with agency management, import/export operations, social media, and website support, ensuring smooth sales processes.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve Budget set and complete tasks assigned to Vietnam & Philippines by successfully managing direct customers and distributors.

- Operate sales activities in the most cost-effective way and achieve maximum revenue. Support sales activities as required in the region or globally and manage within allocated expenses budget.

- Coordinate Transfer Projects according to "Fair Rewards" program guidelines.

- Strategize sales plans and utilize global resources to penetrate Key Focus Customers.

- Develop in-depth and sustainable customer relationships with key accounts. Expand the network within the account and maintain the company as the primary solution provider.

- Initiate unique requirement projects with R&D involvement. Coordinate these projects with Application Engineer to meet customer needs.

- Timely update current market competition information to the internal team or through monthly updates.

- Assist in developing & implementing Channel Partner Expectation & Goal setting with Distribution Management. Measure the performance of each Channel Partner according to the “Scorecard” and suggest improvement plans when needed.

- Provide technical support to Channel Partners and develop opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.

- Collaborate with Channel Partners to manage sales leads effectively, by following up, reviewing, and providing feedback to the internal team timely.

- Equip Channel Partners’ salespeople with technology and product know-how to effectively penetrate the target market, meet customers' requirements, and close win opportunities.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- At least a degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.

- Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing is a must.

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.

- At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in medical, electronics, and sub-contracting business-related fields is advantageous.

- Equipped with multitask, organization, critical thinking, excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Relevant experience in managing industry distributors.

- Employment Type: Full-time Employee

- Salary: Around 20,000,000 VND (Gross) per month

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
