A Japanese company is looking for Real Estate Investment Manager (Japanese Speaking)  position.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Japanese Manager and Director for: 

• Business Management related to office building projects
•  Management of project finance condition
•  Company management (administration of project company, controlling leasing team and operation team)

• Acquisition of new project
• Investment: consider project development structure, project cashflow, contract terms, etc.
• Contract: negotiation with partners, prepare project contracts
• Procedure: legal procedures regarding the projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must : 

• Interest in Real Estate Business
• Experience in Financing
• Language: Japanese fluently, advanced level (N2~N1)
• Educational background: University
• Prefer：Experience working in Japanese Company 
• Reporting Line：Director
