Job vacancy Auditor

COMPANY OVERVIEW  
JAC's client is looking for a Factory Auditor responsible for audit activities in Vietnam and abroad.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiar with factory audit processes and standards such as ISO 9000, SA 8000, SEDEX, ISO 45001, and EHS. Preference given to those also knowledgeable in ISO 13485 and ISO 22000. Responsibilities include:

• Independently contacting suppliers to schedule and conduct factory audits, including physical inspections.
• Completing audit reports and RECAPs promptly and independently.
• Following up with suppliers on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) post-audit.
• Coordinating with the scheduler to manage changes in the audit schedule.
• Collecting and updating relevant management systems, regulations, and laws in a timely manner.
• Managing customer and supplier communications related to audits independently.
• Assisting in the renewal of audit regulations as needed.
• Collaborating with audit team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by the quality manager or supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in environmental engineering, safety engineering, related industries.
• At least 3 years of audit experience or a minimum of 100 audits, covering areas such as social compliance, quality systems, or EHS.
• Highly efficient with the ability to complete tasks on time.
• Proficient in spoken English.
• Reliable and a strong team player.
• Willing to travel frequently, both locally and internationally within South Asia.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Able to work under pressure.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (work from home)
